About Phulbari Govt. College, Phulbari, Dinajpur

Fulbari Government College is situated by the side of small Jamuna river at Sujapur mouja , Upazilla : Fulbari, Dist : Dinajpur. It was established in 1963 and declared government in 1989. It has 20.98 acres of land both inside and outside of the campus. Intermediate courses (Science, Humanities and Business Education) ,Degree pass courses (BA, BSS, BSC and BBA) & Honours courses (Bangla, English, Philosophy, Political Science, Chemistry & Mathematics) are the field of study in this college. The Sanctioned Posts : The total BCS Cadre posts are 51 :- Principal =01, Vice Principal =01, Associate Professor =11, Assistant Professor=13 & Lecturer =25. (Most of the posts are vacant.) The Office staff are :- Demonstrators =04, Assistant librarian =01, 3rd class employee =04 & 4th class employee =19. (Most of the posts are vacant.) The subjects studied here are 17 :- Bangla, English, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Philosophy, History, Islamic History, Economics, Political Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Accounting, Management, Marketing and (Finance & banking).
